Welcome to Trusty Gate Yuma Fence Builders. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before working with us.

Agreement to Terms

When you hire Trusty Gate Yuma Fence Builders for fence installation, repair, or any other service, you agree to follow these terms. These terms apply to all services we provide in Yuma, AZ and surrounding areas.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

Services We Provide

Trusty Gate Yuma Fence Builders offers professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Wood fence installation and repair
  • Vinyl and PVC fence installation
  • Chain-link fencing for residential and commercial properties
  • Aluminum fence installation
  • Pool fencing and safety barriers
  • Commercial fencing solutions

We work hard to deliver quality results on time, but project timelines may vary based on weather, material availability, and site conditions. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Free Quotes and Estimates

We offer free quotes for all our services. When you request a quote through our website or by phone, we will schedule a time to assess your property and provide an accurate estimate.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period, so we encourage you to move forward within the quote validity window.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Typically, we require a deposit before starting your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your contract.

If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed, as allowed by Arizona law.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a deposit refund, minus any costs we have already incurred for materials or planning.

Changes to your project scope after work has started may result in additional costs. We will discuss any changes with you and provide updated pricing before proceeding.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, securing pets, and clearing obstacles from the fence line.

If underground utilities need to be located, you agree to have this done before we begin work. We recommend contacting Arizona 811 to mark utility lines at least two business days before your scheduled installation.

Warranty and Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty that covers labor defects for a specified period, as outlined in your contract.

Material warranties vary by manufacturer. We will provide you with warranty information for all materials used in your project. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and issues caused by improper maintenance are not covered under our workmanship warranty.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Trusty Gate Yuma Fence Builders is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not properly marked or disclosed.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost property value or aesthetic concerns not discussed in your original contract.

HOA and Local Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from your homeowners association or local building department before we begin work. We can provide plans and specifications to help with this process.

If your project requires permits, we will work with you to obtain them. Permit costs are typically separate from your project quote unless otherwise specified.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to Arizona state law. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve disputes before pursuing legal action.
